News Update
The world is a safer place today, thanks to the U.S. strikes on the Iranian nuclear sites at Fordow, Natanz and Isphahan Saturday, and thanks to President Trump for having the courage and common sense to do what needed to be done to protect America and the world.
Of course, Israel did a lot of the prep-work, destroying most of Iran’s air defenses and air force. And Israel continues its campaign against Iran. Today, Israel fighters struck the access roads to the Fordow facility. The U.N.’s atomic-agency chief said that the U.S. attack against Fordow most likely caused “very significant damage.” [but you can never be too sure.] Fighters also struck the entrance to a notorious Iranian prison for political prisoners, the internal security headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, a T.V. station in Tehran, and multiple missile launchers, storage facilities and military bases.
Israeli drones destroyed 15 Iranian fighter jets and helicopters in coordinated overnight strikes on six separate airfields across western, eastern and central Iran. One drone was shot down in western Iran.
Iran fired around nine missiles, in several barrages, today. There were no injuries reported. One missile struck near an electrical facility near Ashdod, causing power disruption to around 8,000 homes.
