Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump spoke by phone yesterday. President Trump posted: “I’ve just spoken to Prime Minister of Israel, Bibi Netanyahu, relative to numerous subjects including Trade, Iran, etc. The call went very well—We are on the same side of every issue.”

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas called on Hamas to hand over all of the Israeli hostages held in Gaza and accused them of giving Israel an excuse to destroy the Strip. He said, “There are hundreds killed every day. Why? They don’t want to release the American hostages. Sons of dogs, give the hostages back and end it.”  He rejected any proposal to displace Palestinians for Gaza and said, “Hamas must remove itself from the rule of Gaza and hand over its weapons to the Palestinian Authority.”

IDF and Border Police discovered a large cache of weapons inside a women’s clothing store in Hebron. Troops arrested the weapons trafficker.

President Herzog will lead the March of the Living march in Poland on Thursday, despite antisemitic threats against him. He will be accompanied by an official delegation and a group of former hostages. The Shin Bet is taking the threats against the president seriously and has reinforced security around him and his entourage.

Jordan has outlawed the Muslim Brotherhood, the country’s most vocal opposition group, and confiscated its assets after members of the group were found to be linked to a sabotage plot.
