Hezbollah fired around 50 rockets at the center of the city of Katzrin in the Golan. One house was hit, one person moderately injured, and several fires were ignited. Hezbollah claimed that it was targeting the Tzanover Base in response to an Israeli strike on a weapons storage facility in the Beqaa valley last night. The IDF spokesman said, “Hezbollah is again firing indiscriminately at Israeli civilians – we will act accordingly.”
An IDF drone strike in Sidon, Lebanon eliminated Khalil Hussein Khalil Al-Maqdah, a senior member of Fatah accused of smuggling Iranian weapons into Judea and Samaria on behalf of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The ceasefire negotiations are reportedly on the verge of collapse, because Hamas is rejecting the U.S. proposal agreed to by Israel.
