A Muslim Canadian man attempted to stab members of the emergency security squad at the gate to Moshav Netiv HaAsara, located near the Gaza border. He was shot and killed by members of the security squad. Before attacking, the terrorist shouted, “the IDF is killing civilians in Gaza.”

Security forces foiled a plot to kidnap Israelis by a Hamas cell in the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp near Jericho. The cell also planned to carry out shooting and bombing attacks. During the operation, weapons, explosives, and other equipment were seized, and several suspects arrested.

IDF tanks and military vehicles moved into eastern Khan Yunis today, warning the civilian population to evacuate the area. The IDF said, “The IDF is about to forcefully operate against the terror organizations and therefore calls on the remaining population left in the eastern neighborhoods of Khan Younis to temporarily evacuate to the adjusted humanitarian area in al-Mawasi.” For more on the fighting, click here.

In response to the drone attack on Tel Aviv by the Houthis, Israeli jets bombed the Al Hodeida port in Yemen on Sunday, where Israel claims that Iranian weapons are being imported and stored. The IDF is also investigating the drone attack and implement procedures to prevent another one from occurring.

The IDF has determined, based on intelligence, that Alex Dancyg (76) from Nir Oz and Yagev Buchshtab (35) from Nirim were killed in Hamas captivity in Gaza. Yagev was captured with his wife, Rimon, who was released after 53 days. The circumstances of his death include lack of medicine and starvation. For more, click here.

Prime Minister Netanyahu headed to the U.S. on the maiden voyage of the Israeli Air Force One, dubbed “Knaf Zion” (“Wing of Zion”). He is set to meet with President Biden as well as with former President Trump.
