What is IsraelAM?
IsraelAM is a daily email newsletter that summarizes the top Israel news stories of the day along with other interesting or newsworthy items.
Where do you get your news stories?
IsraelAM uses news stories from major Israeli and Jewish Hebrew and English news websites including:
Haaretz, Jerusalem Post, NRG.co.il, Yediot Ahronot, Maariv, Walla, Yisrael Hayom, Globes, JTA, Reuters, Associated Press, Channel 2 News, Channel 10 News, Arutz Sheva, Charedim 10
We also use major US sources like CNN, NYT, WSJ, etc.
Is your content original?
We summaries the news stories in our own words and provide links to the source articles. We do not do original reporting of the news. You can check out today’s issue here.
What is your political or ideological viewpoint?
We just report the news without injecting our own viewpoint. In the rare event that we do offer our opinion, we’ll do so in brackets or let you know in some other way that we’re doing so. We are, of course, pro-Israel.
